My leadership journey began in the US Air Force, where I discovered my passion for guiding and developing teams. After my service, I transitioned to the corporate world, earning my Lean Six Sigma certification and honing my skills at an international corporation. I then served as an operations leader at a Fortune 500 company. Today, I specialize in leadership coaching for CEOs, physician leaders, directors, and managers, and provide consulting on strategy, process improvement, and management system development.

With 19 years of experience under my belt, I've had the pleasure of elevating leadership teams, coaching executives, and improving company operations. My deep understanding of business growth and leadership development gives my clients a unique edge in their industries.

I get it—leadership is tough and carries a lot of responsibility. That’s why I’m passionate about blending personal development with empowering coaching and consulting solutions. I aim to provide a fresh perspective on growth strategies, enhancing connection, productivity, and fulfillment for my clients. I hold an MBA and a BA in Biological Sciences. My training includes Executive and Professional Coaching at The University of Texas, and I’m certified by the International Coaching Federation. I also have a Change Management Certification from Prosci.
